GFI (BP) Office

Description

Rison Ltd were awarded a design & build contract to convert an existing warehouse into a combined office and storage area. Constrained to a tight budget, this was achieved by designing a structural steel mezzanine with pre-cast concrete planks within the warehouse, accessed by exterior stairs. The scope of works included everything from foundations (for the mezzanine) to internal partitions, M&E, HVAC systems, glazing and finishing.

The offering was further complimented by suppling and installing a pallet racking system within the storage area.
